Stumbling into the Food & Beverage industry by racial stereotype, EZT's passion for food and culinary arts have grown immensely. She hopes to become a new-age "celebrity chef" where she can share the love of it with the rest of the world. No idiot sandwiches allowed.

Thankful to the previous kind souls who have bravely taken up EZT under their wing, she is now looking for new ways to fly. Often feeling in a limbo, she is highly interested in getting polished further and vice versa.
